Youth Services

Moorabool Shire Council Youth Services

Located at the Bacchus Marsh Community Centre, 213 Main Street, Bacchus Marsh and is constantly looking to assist communities, agencies, schools and young people to meet Young People's needs. A youth worker is available to facilitate the provision of youth services across the Shire, and to assist young people seeking information or referrals to services required.

Centacare Catholic Diocese of Ballarat Inc.

Centacare's Youth Services offer a range of programs and supports for young people who are facing personal and living circumstances that place them at risk of dropping out of school or training placements; becoming long term unemployed; becoming or remaining homeless; becoming involved with police and the justice system; and for those who may have appeared before the courts and are facing a possible court sentence. Youth program staff offer young people assistance, support and advocacy to help them stabilise their personal circumstances and work towards a more positive future.

Rotary Youth Services

The Rotary Club of Bacchus Marsh provides support for youth in a wide variety of ways, e.g. International Student Exchange for students in year 11 or 12, a range of fully sponsored camps designed to develop Leadership Skills and learn presentation and debating skills based on techniques used at the United Nations Assembly. In December each year Rotary awards Student Scholarships to a limited number of graduating students in Bacchus Marsh schools.

Scouts Australia

Scouts offer young people (Boys & Girls from 6 to 26 years) progressive development with activities and award schemes to match their age, understanding and ability. Scouting enables youth to work in small groups that encourages the development of team work and leadership.
