A support group of women who are non judgemental and have experienced or are experiencing Domestic Violence and share similiar experiences.

Strength Happiness Independence Friendship Trust

Offers guidance and support in rebuilding your life and provide you with programs and tools to build self-esteem and independence and regain confidence. Aims to provide women with an awareness of Domestic Violence and its effects and help them to bring their life back to normality.

We provide confidentiality, trust and offer referrals should you need them. The decision to stay or leave is ultimately yours and we will support you in that decision.
